The purified form of Botulinum Toxin A reduces movement of certain facial muscles that cause wrinkles in just 48-72 hours with full treatment effects seen in only 2 weeks! BOTOX and Dysport can address horizontal lines in the forehead, lines between the eyebrows, a dimpled chin, lines around the eyes (crow’s feet), and overactive masseter muscles which lead to a more “square” appearance of the face.
Patients must be over 18 to receive injections. We cannot treat patients who are pregnant or nursing. We cannot treat patients within 30 days of major dental surgery. We recommend not taking any blood thinners prior to treatment as this can promote bruising.
Neurotoxins may not be right for you if you’ve had recent surgical changes to your face, have weak muscles in the treatment area, have a neurological disorder that affects the nerves & muscles in your face, or if there is an active infection in the desired treatment area.
The treatment is performed by a physician assistants. There will be visible reduction in movement to the areas injected creating a smoother appearance to the skin which lasts for approximately three months. We will schedule a follow-up appointment two weeks after treatment to assess your results.
