Evening Scheduling: No cryotherapy walk in's accepted after 5:45pm, you must have a scheduled appointment via MindBody.

If arrival will be more than 5 min late we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service will be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment please call Celsius Medspa, we will see if your treatment can be accommodated same day. If it cannot, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee noted below.

At Celsius, we do not bill insurance. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, and Celsius Medical Spa gift cards; we do not accept checks or cash.
You will have the option to tip your provider at the completion of your treatment using your credit card, cash, or Venmo.
Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Celsius Medical Spa. Gift cards not redeemable for cash.
Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.
Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Celsius Medical Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.
