BOTOX/ DYSPORT
Allergan and Galderma
Facial wrinkles commonly form when we make simple expressions, such as squinting or smiling. When injected, Botox softens these wrinkles and fine lines by inhibiting the contractions of certain facial muscles. After the injections, wrinkles in the treatment area will diminish and the skin will appear smoother. Botox also helps to prevent further wrinkles and lines from developing.
How Can Botox/Dysport Be Used?
Smooth crow's feet, forehead furrows, frown lines, lip lines and bunny lines
Diminish neck bands
Improve the appearance of skin dimpling of the chin
Lift the corners of the mouth
Soften a square jawline
Correct a gummy smile
Decrease excessive sweating on face, underarms, hands, or feet
What Should I Expect During Treatment?
The treatment is performed by a Nurse Practitioner. There will be visible reduction in movement to the areas injected creating a smoother appearance to the skin which lasts for approximately three months. We will schedule a follow-up appointment two weeks after treatment to assess your results.
What Does Botox/Dysport do?
The purified form of Botulinum Toxin A reduces movement of certain facial muscles that cause wrinkles in just 48-72 hours with full treatment effects seen in only 2 weeks! BOTOX and Dysport can address horizontal lines in the forehead, lines between the eyebrows, a dimpled chin, lines around the eyes (crow’s feet), and overactive masseter muscles which lead to a more “square” appearance of the face.
